Wolverhampton Business Park is being developed to a masterplan combining up to 450,000 sq. ft. of high quality business premises. The plan for the 30 acre site has the flexibility to provide design and build opportunities from 10,000 sq ft to 200,000 sq ft, with over 130,000 sq ft of offices already completed and occupied.
