50,000 sq ft (2787 sq m) of new office space has been completed at Trinity Court, the fourth phase of office development at Wolverhampton Business Park, with just 8,000-sq.ft (743 sq m) remaining in Building Two.

Building One
20,000sqft (1,858 sq m) over three storeys let to edeus Mortgage Creators - a major new player in the UK mortgage lending sector. The building as a whole was pre-let to edeus before completion of the scheme in November 2007.

Building Three
12,000sqft (1115 sq m) over two storeys successfully pre-let to HSBC

Building Two

10,000sqft (929 sq m) of the total 18,000sqft three storey building pre-let to Royal Bank of Scotland.
Only 8,000 sq ft (743 sq m) now available.
