Venture Court

Venture Court was the first phase of speculative offices at Wolverhampton Business Park. The pair of matching two storey buildings overlooking a central landscaped area, are fully let. Each building offers 15,000 sq ft (1394 sq m) with open 7,500 sq ft (697 sq m).

Completed in March 2002, Venture Court Two is fully let to Alfred McAlpine Special Projects and Persimmon. The Midlands based Housing Association, Bromford Group purchased the freehold of Venture Court One.
